Mömö Studio recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal data. Most of our processing of your personal data is necessary for us to perform our contractual obligations to you, and other kinds of processing relies on Mömö Studios legitimate interest for processing as set out below. The Integrity Policy applies when Mömö Studio provides services and products related to purchase, service matters and other contacts with Mömö Studio. Please note that we never store any credit card information online.

Mömö Studio and selected suppliers may process your personal data on Mömö Studio behalf and in accordance with Mömö Studios instructions as stated below, and are thereby processors of your personal data. Mömö Studio collects and processes personal data when you make a purchase on Mömö Studios website, use Mömö Studios support, visit Mömö Studio website or otherwise contact Mömö Studio. The collection and processing of personal data is mainly for the conclusion of purchase agreements and the providing of services and offers. Our collection of data also occurs to enhance the overall customer experience by improving customer service, size advice and more efficient handling of matters and complaints.

Contact details: If you make a purchase online we will collect your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence.

We will use your contact information to process your purchase/orders and any returns, exchanges and complaints you may have relating to your purchase; and to communicate with you regarding your purchase and to answer and administer any questions or comments you may have regarding our products or services.

Credit card details: If you make a purchase online and chose to pay by credit card, you will provide your credit card information on our website to finalize your purchase. Your credit card details will not be saved by us and are encrypted using an SSL certificate. The processing of your credit card details is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. We work with Paypal for all purchases online.

Previous purchases and returns: we will store information regarding your purchases and returns online. Such information encompasses product, size, price and date of purchase.

Mömö Studio does not sell or rent our customer’s personal data to any other entity.
