RETURNS POLICY

 

Swedish orders
Swedish orders are shipped with PostNord and usually delivered to your mailbox. A notification will be sent by mail when your package is shipped. Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

International Orders
International orders are shipped with PostNord and either left at your nearest post office service point or delivered at your door. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact info@momostudio.se. Please note that shoppers from countries outside EU may have to pay tax or duty in the home country for the carrier to be able to deliver.
International orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 3-8 business days.

Returns & Exchange
We do hope you will enjoy your beanie. However, if it’s not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it. Please note the following: Before you send any items back to us you need to send a e-mail to info@momostudio.se. You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not send anything without contacting us first! It may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact. Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense. If you simply want to do a exchange, the new shipping cost from us to you are on us. If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping alternative. Preferably one that uses tracking number.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item. Note that the shipping cost is not refundable. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Non collected parcels

If you do not pick up your parcel at your carrier within the 2 weeks time frame. We give us the right to charge you 150 SEK for the shipping expenses.
